Mint Masala Poori

Ingredients:
1.5 cup - plain flour
1 cup - besan (gram flour)
2 tsp - finely chopped mint leaves
2 tsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp - ginger paste
1/2 tsp - jeera (cumin seeds)
1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
2 tsp - oil
salt to taste
oil for frying


Method:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and prepare a dough using sufficient water.

2. Cover the dough with a wet cloth for 10-15 mins.

3. Now make medium size poories and fry them till they turn golden brown.

4. Serve them hot with aaloo ki sabzi and pickle.
