Oriental Pickle Paneer
Ingredients:
250 gm - paneer in slices of any shape
1 tbsp - maida (flour-pastry)
2 tbsp - cornflour
1/4 tsp - baking powder
1 cup - milk
2 tsp - soya sauce
2 tsp - tomato sauce
2 tsp - chilli sauce
2 tsp - vinegar
2 tsp - garlic finely chopped
2 tsp - sugar
1/2 tsp - black pepper powder
1/2 tsp - red chilli powder
2 tsp - hara pyaaz (Scallion) finely chopped
1 tsp - oil
2 tsp - cornflour mixed in water (adjust it with the consistency you want)
salt to taste
Method:
1. Take a mixing bowl, pour milk in it and add maida, cornflour, salt, baking poder, black pepper, 1 tsp of all sauces and 1 tsp of vinegar. Mix it all well.
2. Put the paneer slices in it and make the mixture wrap on each paneer slice properly. Let it marinate for 5-10 mins.
3. Meanwhile, heat oil in a pan and keeping it on low flame put red chilli powder and garlic in it. Saute it for half a minute and put 1 glass of water in it.
4. Now add 1 tsp of all sauces and 1 tsp of vinegar in it with sugar. Stir it well. Add salt and black pepper for seasoning. (keep in mind that salt and black pepper have been added in marination also).
5. Now to bring the curry to some thick consistency add cornflour mixed in water to it. Let it come to a boil.
6. Finally add marinated paneer slices in it and finely chopped hara pyaaz.
7. Oriental Pickle Paneer is ready to be served.

Tofu Masala
Ingredients:
150 gm - tofu
1 large - onion finely chopped
1 large - tomato finely chopped
1 small - capsicum finely chopped
1 big bowl - rajma (kidney beans) boiled
20 to 25 leaf - palak (spinach)
1 tsp - garlic paste
1/2 tsp - garam masala
1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
1 tbsp - oil
salt to taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan and cook tofu till it turns golden brown. Take it out in a plate.
2. Put onion in the same pan and saute for 1 min, now add garlic paste and cook it for another 1 min.
3. Now add tomato and capsicum, cook it for another 2 mins. Drizzle salt, garam masala and black pepper mix it well.
4. Put boiled rajma, palak leaves in it and cook it till the leaves soften.
5. Finally add fried tofu to it and toss it well.
6. Tofu Masala is ready to be served hot.

Chinese Paav Bhaji
Ingredients:
2 - potato
2 - tomato finely chopped
2 - onion finely chopped
1 small size - cabbage
1 tsp - soya sauce
1 tsp - chilli sauce
1 tsp - vinegar
1 tsp - red chiili powder
2 bowl - pea
2 tbsp - butter
1 tsp - garlic paste
lemon juice (optional)
salt to taste
Method:
1. Boil potato and cabbage in a cooker till 1 or 2 whistles (you can also add any other seasonal vegetable of your choice).
2. Boil peas in a bowl seperately for 5 mins.
3. Heat butter in a kadhai and put onion and garlic paste in it. Cook it for 2 mins.
4. Now add tomato, salt and red chilli powder. Cook it for 3-4 mins.
5. When the masala is properly cooked add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, peas, and boiled vegetables and cook it well.
6. Garnish it with finely chopped onions, butter and also add some lemon juice if you wish.
7. Serve it with hot paav.

Chilli Paneer
Ingredients:
200 gms - cottage cheese (paneer)
4 tbsp - cornflour
2 tbsp - oil
2 - onion
3 to 4 - cloves garlic
3 to 4 - green chilli
1 large - capsicum
1/2 tsp - white pepper powder
2 tbsp - soya sauce
1/4 tsp - ajinomoto
1 tbsp - chilli sauce
Salt to taste
Spring onions for garnishing
Instructions:
1. Drain paneer well and cut into diamond shaped medium sized pieces. Heat sufficient oil in a wok(a large pan shaped like a bowl).
2. Roll the paneer pieces in cornflour and deep fry on medium heat until the edges start to turn brown. Remove, drain and keep aside.
3. Blend remaining cornflour (nearly 1 tablespoon) in quarter cup of water and keep aside.
4. Peel onion and cut into thick slices.
5. Peel and crush garlic.
6. Wash, remove stem and slice green chillies.
7. Wash, halve, deseed and cut capsicum into thick strips.
8. Heat two-tablespoons oil in a wok, add crushed garlic and stir-fry for a minute.
9. Add sliced green chillies, onion and capsicum. Sauté for a couple of minutes.
10. Add fried paneer and add salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, chilli sauce, ajinomoto and stir well. 11. Stir in the blended cornflour and cook on high heat, stirring and tossing until the sauce thickens to coat the paneer.
12. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
Serve it hot immediately
