Red Chutney

Ingredients:
10 - dry Red Chillies
1 1/2 tsp - Urad dal
1 1/2 tsp - Chana dal
1/4 cup - grated Copra (dry coconut)
1/2 tsp - Tamarind paste
1 pinch - Hing
Few Curry Leaves
Salt to taste

Instructions:
1. Fry the dals and the red chillies.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and grind to a fine paste.
